Introduction: At Prominent Trading FZC LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality engineering services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
Cancellation Policy:
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may cancel their service requests by providing written notice to Prominent Trading FZC LLC at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee of 25% of the total service cost will be charged.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
Prominent Trading FZC LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure or staff unavailability. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any pre-paid amounts will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled service.
Refund Policy:
Service Dissatisfaction: If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Prominent Trading FZC LLC within 7 days of the service completion. We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial or full refund.
Pre-Paid Services: For services that are pre-paid, refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable due to their nature. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
